Shipping and Delivery
Once your order has been placed, our delivery team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your order and make an appointment for delivery
Shipment will be arranged by Greenlife. Depending on the location, your shipment maybe delivered by us or by a third-party carrier (Fedex®, Purolator®, Canpar® or UPS®)
Oversized or overweight product will be shipped by Freight Carrier. At most times, your products will be put on pallets.
Tracking Number will be posted on the order page.
NOTE: We DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes
For delivery addresses close to our warehouse, we offer our Basic Delivery Service. With our Basic Delivery Service, you'll receive:
Flexible delivery days
Updates to keep you informed
Safe transportation and handling by an experienced delivery team
Delivery to the door, so you don’t need to pick up on your own
For Basic Delivery Service, you can choose how you would like to receive the shipment. Different charges may apply.
Outside Home Delivery – the items are delivered to in front of the house / apartment building
Inside Home Delivery – we will bring the items to the inside of your house on the ground floor
Room of Choice Delivery – we will bring the items to a room of your choice (up to 2 flights of stairs from ground)
Room of Choice with Packaging Removal – same as above, with unpacking and removal of the packaging material
Customer signature is required for all choices
